This notice explains what information RG Landscaping collects through this website, why, who helps us handle it, and how to reach us about it.

Who we are

RG Landscaping is an owner-led landscaping business serving SW Houston, Pearland, Sugar Land and West University, Texas. This website lets you request an estimate and chat with an automated assistant.

What we collect

When you request an estimate by form or chat, we collect only what we need to contact you and prepare the estimate:

  • Your name, phone number, email address and property address.
  • The service you are interested in and any notes you choose to add.
  • Up to three photos, if you add them to the quote form.
  • The text of your chat conversation, if you use the chat assistant.
  • If you use the optional text-message box: a record of your choice, including the exact wording shown, its version, your language, whether the box was checked, the date and time, your IP address and the page you were on.

Why we collect it

We use this information to contact you, to prepare and confirm your estimate in person, and to respond to your questions. We do not use it for anything else.

Who helps us handle it

We use these service providers to run the website. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Resend delivers the email that carries your request to RG Landscaping. It may keep delivery records.
  • Anthropic provides the AI service that writes the chat assistant's replies. Your chat messages are sent to it for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, session-replay tools or keystroke-recording tools. Our fonts and images are served from this website, so loading a page does not send your visit to a font or advertising network.

If a cookie notice is shown, we store your choice there in a cookie so we can remember it.

Links to Google (for example, our Google reviews) open Google's own site, which has its own privacy practices.

Text messages

We send marketing text messages only if you check the optional text-message box. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

How long we keep it

Your request and chat transcript are delivered to RG Landscaping by email and are kept for 12 months, then deleted. This website does not store your request in a database and does not write your details to its server logs.

No sale of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
